Moo shu

Moo shu pork (mù xū ròu) is a northern Chinese dish of stir-fried pork, scrambled egg, wood ear mushrooms, and vegetables, traditionally rolled into thin pancakes with hoisin sauce. Frasier finds the residue lodged in the soles of his shoes the morning after.
